I will miss Wayne’s laughter and his dedication to his family. I knew my sister was well taken care of with Wayne next to her. I missed quite a bit of time being away from the family but he loved to share to “shore stories” during his time as a SeaBee when I was able to visit. It pains us to to think that he left us so soon but our hearts are full of the warmest memories of a wonderful man we called our Brother-in-Law. God Bless the Belcher family!

Wayne was a great guy and friend we carried mail together for 30 years had lunch together daily talked sports and family.He was a very good family man who loved his wife and sons and grandchildren he would always keep me up on his family he was also a true patriot we played a lot of golf and softball together always a fun guy to be around will always miss him our wives always called him my work wife God. Bless you my brother.
Worked with Wayne many years at the USPS, and played more rounds of golf, softball, and basketball than I can remember together. We both cheered for our St. Louis Cardinals, and shared a few beers throughout the years...Gonna miss him, but not the memories.
