Jason was the big strong athlete who would do anything for you. The handsome ginger with the whole body contagious giggle. There have been so many wonderful memories thr the years: the softball games, the camp outs and parties at the farm, the vacations, the catholic festival tour every summer, dancing on the houseboat to "I touch myself", the way he always ordered the pizza sticks at Kilroys when we went to the big ten tournament, the backyard obsticle course at he and Lindsey's party, derby day at the racino , I could go on and on. And he found so much happiness with his angel, Holly. It's hard to believe it's over. We cherish our memories and will always love him. And I'm proud he drove the lynnmobile for a while

I am so honored to have been blessed to have Jason as a son in law. Even though they never got to marry on paper they were bonded for life in spirit and I considered him another son. His love of life, patience and caring always showed and will be genuinely missed. Thanks to Wayne and Lea for sharing this extraordinary person with our family. I knew Jason for the better part of the last 20 years. I was fortunate enough to be a teammate of his in multiple rec league scenarios, though we both tended to take it more seriously than others. I always enjoyed competing with and against Jason. I admired his competitive nature even if we were just playing whiffle ball because the guy wanted to win just as bad as I did even if it was just for bragging rights. What I found even more admirable was Jason's positivity in almost any situation. To this day I truly wish I was as positive as him and he serves as a goal to strive for. Even until the end I think his willingness to fight and stay positive were things anyone who interacted with him could observe and appreciate. I'll miss you Big Red. Thanks for inspiring me to be a better person. Your daughter is in good hands and she'll always have our group there if she ever needs extra help.

We met as coworkers and developed an unlikely friendship that stuck. Always the one I could count on to listen to me complain, give advise, laugh and always end the conversation with a better outlook. Rest up my friend. Thank you for everything 💕.

Jason,
You were the dad who got in the mix and made birthdays memorable! I love the year you got that foam machine for Makenzie’s birthday. You were out there chasing kids, making it crazy and fun! I’m going to miss your energy and enthusiasm, being the eternal jokester.. I see so much of you in Makenzie. Her silliness, her love for music, trying to pull pranks, her quick wit… but she still doesn’t like Kenny Loggins! 😂 We will miss you every day.
