Kelly, I remember your Mother and her infectious warmth and personality. Know she never met a stranger ! You two had a remarkable closeness. You dragged her everywhere you went and that was EVERYWHERE in this community. It has been years since I have seen either one of you, but I have memories like it was yesterday. Sincere condolences to Kelly and all regarding Jackie's passing. She was a wonderful personal friend and supporter of many community projects all of us shared. Her memory will live on in the lives she touched and the example for service she leaves for us all.

I'm so sorry to learn about Jackie's passing. We worked together at WBNS-10TV in the early '80s on the staff of the magazine show and in the promotions department. She was the "mom" figure to all of us twenty-somethings who were just getting started in our careers. I had moved to Columbus from Texas and was homesick, so Jackie's friendship was just what I needed! She was so full of spunk and personality, I just loved Jackie. I will always remember how welcoming and kind she was to me in our two years working together.
