Biz was a great friend to my parents and an incredibly interesting person to be around. I remember fondly hearing stories about the Varsity Club and from his past. We got to perform together a few times and enjoyed an afternoon in a limo and at the local casino to celebrate my mother’s birthday. Buz was one of the first friends my husband and I met when we moved from the Chicago area to Westerville - and of course, we met through that universal language of music. We shared so many musical events together, from "senior" musicals to enjoying the Columbus Jazz Orchestra regularly. He was family to us.
