She was my sole mate . We met late in life, we both cried when we realized how much time we really had . But ,by the grace and love of God , we had 22 years together . I shared in the wonderful blessings of her children Dan, Andrew, and Bernadette’s marriages, the birth and blessings of her 9 grandchildren. Who call me Papaw .i have been forever changed by her presence in my life .Changed by her kindness she showed towards others, changed by her Love, caring, and compassion she showed towards me.And her sacrifices she made to help my sons and grandson.Her beautiful smile could turn sadness into laughter ! Tears into giggles. And desperation into hope ! And her advise and counsel to young mothers was heaven sent and I have witnessed the results. I will never be the same without her .
