William C. Gooch's Obituary
William C. Gooch, 85, of Hebron, Ohio went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, March 27, 2019. Born October 14, 1933 to the late Orville and Reah (Cozad) Gooch in Wellston, Ohio. Preceded in death by his parents and brother, John O. Gooch. Surviving are his wife, Kay (Rasnic) Gooch; daughters, Becky Ayala and Brenda Chartier both of Palm Bay, FL, and Michele (Jon Higgins) Sines, Hebron, OH; sons, Mark (Joanne) Boitnott, Oxford, OH, and Michael Boitnott, Newark, OH; six grandchildren, Stephanie (Tyler) Hudspeth, Sarah (Scott) Ayala, and J.C. Chartier, all of Palm Bay, FL, Jake Boitnott of Silverdale, WA, Susan Boitnott, Newark, OH, and Franklin Sines, Hebron, OH; two great grandsons, Noah and Dawson; other relatives and friends. William graduated from Fairview High School in Dayton and from ITT Technical Institute with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. William retired from Communicolor / Standard Register. Bill worked in the printing industry designing printing presses and collators and adapting them for special projects. A celebration of Bill’s life will be announced at a later date. A memorial contribution can be made in William’s honor to the Interim Hospice in Newark, Oh., or to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
