William "Bill" Harlow Witzberger's Obituary
On September 25, 2023, William “Bill” Harlow Witzberger, age 59, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family and friends. He was born January 16, 1964 in Wheeling, West Virginia to John and Martha (Dzwonkowski) Witzberger. He went to Buckeye South High school and was a graduate from Ohio University. Bill went on to work for the federal government as an Industrial Specialist at DLA in Columbus and most recently worked in inventory management at Voyant Beauty.
He took pride in his children’s accomplishments such as being OSU graduates and traveling abroad to see the world. He also enjoyed the occasional rock and roll concert.
He was preceded in death by his parents John and Martha Witzberger. He is survived by his two children, son Zachary (Brittany Miller) Witzberger, and daughter, Mariah Witzberger.
Bill enjoyed the beautiful things in life, such as gardening and woodworking. He also took pride in his family history ensuring that family heirlooms would remain intact and be passed down for generations to come. In addition to these hobbies, Bill spent years collecting antique coins from all around the world.
Bill was a wonderful man who loved his friends and treated his neighbors like family. He will be dearly missed. In honor of Bill’s life, a gathering of family and friends will take place at a future date. Please reach out to his children for more details.
