Wanda Ruth Rogers' Obituary
Wanda Ruth Rogers, age 99, of Blacklick, Ohio passed away June 3, 2022.
Wanda will be deeply missed and is survived by daughters; Melinda Hunt, Sandi (Jeff) Biggs, and Lisa (Harry) Remshard, four grandchildren, four great grandchildren, sister; Nancy Hindman, three nieces, and extended family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Chauncey and Margaret Nafzger, grandson; Bobby Biggs.
Wanda graduated from South High School. She retired from her career as a Records Technician for the Columbus Division of Police. She was a long time member of Faith Lutheran Church in Whitehall, and the Senior Center of Reynoldsburg.
Wanda was known for her kindness, humor, and generosity which extended to strangers and many four-legged, furry friends. Her remarkable zest for life will be forever imprinted in the hearts of those who knew her.
A family graveside service will be held at a later date; Green Lawn Cemetery.
Memorial contributions in honor of Wanda may be made to; National Coalition for Homeless Veterans or Cat Welfare Association.
