Ryan Joseph Marshall, 31, of Fredericktown went to be with, in his own words, “his savior, God” on the 28th of January 2020. At the time of his passing he was surrounded by family and love. Ryan was born on the 25th of September 1988 in Mount Vernon, Ohio to William ‘Bill’ Marshall.
