I was fortunate to meet Bob when he was assigned to ride in my Corvette in the Powell Memorial Day parade. When I met him I was astonished at how vibrant and full of life he was at his age. I was so looking forward to having him in my Corvette again this year at the age of 100. RIP Bob.
I am from Attica. I grew up there and attended school there. I am pretty sure my first suit came from Mr. Schild. When my parents first took me to his store, I am sure I was nervous. After the first visit Mr. Schild made you feel at ease. A great man has left for a better place.
