Nancy Ruth Haarman's Obituary
Nancy Haarman, 79 New Albany, Ohio, left us on January 2, 2021. She was born July 29, 1941, in Muskegon Michigan, the daughter of Howard and Ruth Alma (Brainerd)Haeger.
Nancy graduated from Montague High school where she was the homecoming queen and was on the court for Miss White Lake. She graduated from Capital University. She worked with deaf services in Bexley, Upper Arlington, New Albany and Dublin schools. She also signed for Columbus Colony. She was married to Jack Burgess, then married David Haarman. Dave and Nancy were married for forty five years. She enjoyed preparing flowers for Sunday services, sewing, and spending time with her great grandchildren Lillian and Jagger.
She is survived by her children: Shelly (grandchildren Tessa, Rory, Chloe Delma), and Christine (grandchildren Cody, Connor, and Casey Marrell); and siblings: Larry, Linda Haeger, Janice Haeger; Joy; Ray Nicolai, Jany; and David Spagnola.
Predeceased by: Howard and Ruth Haeger, Jack Burgess, son-in-law Brian Delma, David Haarman, and Jack Haeger.
Memorial observations will be private for the family with services in Montague, Michigan.
