Kevin Dwayne Mills' Obituary
Kevin Dwayne Mills was born on April 10, 1975 to James and Glenda Mills. Kevin received a heavenly reward on December 17, 2025. Kevin is survived by son Jagger Mills, age 18 of Upper Arlington, Ohio; dad James and Margaret Mills of Jones Creek, Texas; sister Lisa and Brian Hiatt of Rowlett, Texas and his love, Whitney Sawyer of Columbus, Ohio.
Kevin is preceded in death by his Mom, Glenda Mills; brother, Mike Mills, and grandparents.
At the early age of five, Kevin began playing the piano by chording. By observing others, he developed his own unique style of piano playing—one that was smooth and soothing. His favorite styles of music were blues and jazz.
Kevin’s love for Jagger, his son, was deep, constant, and filled with pride. He was incredibly proud of his son’s accomplishments in school, in sports, and in life. Kevin often told his family and friends that Jagger was smart, gifted, and talented.
Kevin thrived in his role as a Regional Sales Director, where his outgoing, talkative, and friendly personality made others feel welcome and valued. He genuinely enjoyed doing things for others, which helped him build strong relationships and successful teams. While working at UniFirst, Kevin quickly advanced from Silver Sales Manager to Gold Sales Manager, and then to Elite Sales Manager. Within one year, he earned a place in the President’s Club, receiving a trip to Costa Rica in recognition of his outstanding performance.
After knowing Whitney for several years, Kevin encouraged her to “jump to fly” and take the next step in their relationship. Whitney became Kevin’s strongest source of encouragement, supporting him wholeheartedly through her unwavering love.
