Karen Covault Hill's Obituary
Karen Covault Hill, 61, passed away on July 18, 2024, after a 15-month battle with endometrial cancer. Karen, an incredible and loving mother, daughter, and sister is survived by her son (Justin), her mother (Sharon), and her sisters (Diane and Janet).
Karen was born in Detroit, Michigan, but spent most of her life in Columbus, Ohio after earning her degree at The Ohio State University to become a physical therapist. She had a fierce love and passion for the Buckeyes and will be watching the football team every Saturday from her seat in heaven.
Most of all, many will remember that Karen was a kind-hearted, caring, and loyal woman that would sacrifice anything for the people she loved. She showed compassion to those close to her and was always able to make worries and troubles feel less burdensome. She asked inquisitive questions about people’s lives because she truly cared. She would do anything for the one’s she loved and constantly put others before herself. These are the qualities that Karen will be remembered for, because she was truly an extraordinary woman. She has left a long-lasting legacy that will not be forgotten.
A memorial mass will take place at 11:00am on July 29, 2024 at St. Brigid of Kildare, 7179 Avery Rd, Dublin, OH 43017.
