With a heavy heart our family announces the passing of our mother Janet Collins Carnahan. May 27, 1949-December 28,2025 Janet was born on May 27,1949 in Shoreham, NY. She spent many years owning and operating her Paralegal business Fleetwood Title LLC in Conway, South Carolina. Although moms world was imperfect, she adored and cherished her family most of all, and was a light to all who had the privilege to be part of that world. She loved helping people, its what we remember the most about her. Our mother had the biggest heart full of never ending love. Janet is preceded in death by parents James ( Jim ) Collins ( Pop ) and wife Marie Collins ( Nonie ). Janet had four children, James Collins, Heather Carnahan Rabon, Melissa Carnahan Tisdale- husband ( Simon Tisdale ), and Tara Carnahan -Fiance ( Shawn Stone ). Janet had 8 grandchildren which she absolutely adored and doted on, Adam Carnahan ( Madison Cox ), Shyanne Carnahan, Jesse Rabon ( Chloe Fitch ), CJ Rabon ( Emaliegh Helms- Avant ) Simon J Tisdale, Makya Tisdale, Avery Winans, and Niah Tisdale. Janet also had 6 great grandchildren Prince Jayceon Douglas, Carter Carnahan, Xavier Carnahan, Weston Jasper, Marshal Rabon, and Judah Carnahan Dozier. Janet also leaves behind four brothers, Lifelong best friend Henrietta Vogel,and her loving caregivers Nikole and Anthony Grajales, as well as a host of extended family and friends. Our mothers strength and will to make her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren as strong as possible, will always be in our hearts and memories forever. Our mom will always be missed, and never ever forgotten. Momma, your at home, your at rest, Fly High with the Angels and watch over us, we love you !!
