Gary Lee Crosby's Obituary
Gary Lee Crosby, born June 15, 1949, passed away on February 7, 2026, in Columbus, Ohio.
As a child, Gary survived a devastating car fire — a hardship that showed his strength early in life. He never let it take away his passion for cars and drag racing, a love he carried with him throughout his years.
Gary worked for the City of Columbus for 25 years and took pride in his dedication and service. In his free time, he enjoyed cars, drag racing, fishing, and gardening.
He is survived by his daughters, Allison Crosby and Tamera Crosby; his son, Timothy Crosby; his grandchildren, Dylyn, Danny, Brayden, Khloe, Alayah, and Amiyah; and his beloved dog, Ace.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Helen and Russell; his brother, Larry; his sister, Marilyn; and his grandson, Timothy Joel (TJ).
A Celebration of Life will be held once the weather warms up. Details will be shared at a later time.
Gary will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
