Dorothy Ellen Sagar, 84, was born in Sias, WVA to Albert and Gladys Elkins. She was married to Larry Sagar on May 25, 1957. She is preceded in death by her siblings, Tommy Elkins, Evelyn Blankenship and Kay Fletcher. She is survived by siblings, Gerry White and Johnny Elkins; her children, Brian Sagar and Shelly Sagar and partner Christine Calandro; grandchildren, Brianna Germick and Zachary Sagar; great grandkids Troy Germick, Kyrie Germick and numerous nieces and nephews. Per Dottie’s request there will be no service. She was a spirited sassy woman who enjoyed life to its fullest.
