Doris Adeline Rover's Obituary
It is with heartfelt sorrow that we announced the passing of Doris Adeline Rover (nee Picken), known affectionately as “Grammi”, at the age of 100. Doris passed away, leaving a legacy of giving, kindness, and love.
Doris was born in Kenosha Wisconsin, and lived a full life of generosity. She was the most giving and loving person her family, and friends ever knew, making everyone feel like they were the most important person alive. She truly embodied the spirit of Christmas.
Doris was the beloved mother of Doreen Engel and Larry Rover, whom both preceded her in death. She was the cherished grandmother of Ronda Ferris, Richelle Kreber, Ronald Engel II, and Rachael Bowling, and an amazing great grandmother to 15 great grandchildren.
Doris accepted Jesus into her life, just three weeks before her passing. It brings us comfort, knowing that she is with her Heavenly Father.
