CHRISTOPHER JOHN KEKLAK
July 1, 1951-June 22, 2023
Christopher John Paul Keklak of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on June 22, 2023. He was 71 years old.
Christopher grew up in Toms River, New Jersey and went to Saint Joseph’s High School. He graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
A retired CPA, Christopher worked for many years at American Electric Power, as well as Sweney Cartwright and Co; both in Columbus, Ohio.
His many interests included playing guitar, working on amplifiers, and locksmithing. He loved hitting golf balls in earlier years and watching the PGA tour. He was an ardent baseball player in high school and excelled in karate. He used to love his Dodge Charger, and no one rivaled his ability to remember numbers and things. Those closest to him knew his nicknames of ‘Calvin’ or ‘Calvalinian’.
Christopher is pre-deceased by his beloved parents, Stephen and Ann Keklak; as well as his niece Melissa Keklak.
He is survived by his daughters, Katherine Quinlan (Michael) and Erin Connor (Scott); and his seven brothers and their families: C. Stephen (Kim), and daughters Sarah, and Hannah; William, and sons William and Chad; Peter (Myrna), and daughter Julia and Melissa; Gregory; David; Alex (Cecilia), and daughters Erica and Emma; Michael (Beth), and children Andrew, John and Anna.
