My deepest condolences to the family. I was saddened by the news of my classmate, old neighbor and friend. May God bless his family and comfort them during this difficult time. RIPRobert❤️
I worked with Robert for over a year at CCCR and there has never been such a great guy there to teach me. He always talked about his kids in the armed forces because I (was) and now am in the Navy. We would joke around until the time clock got punch at the end of the day and having him around made time fly. I really do consider him a great person and a great worker and a great friend. Last time I saw him was right after I officially got through bootcamp and he was joking around that I actually passed the PT part of it and it was a great way to be welcomed back and I instantly got reminded of the great times I had there with him. He will be greatly missed by many many people whether he knew it or not he changed many peoples lives just by being around him. My condolences to his family and all that was around him.
May the Lord bless and comfort you and your family during this time of grief. Please accept my sincere condolences.

Robert worked for us at Cross Creek Camping Resort and was well liked by our customers and staff. He was always friendly and would do anything you asked of him. We only spoke here and there since I run the office and he worked outdoors, but he was always pleasant and liked to laugh. We are all very sad and wish his wife and family much love and peace. I know Robert liked working outside in the summer, but I didn't know how much until I read his obituary. That line brought me to tears. I am so happy that Cross Creek had an impact on his life. He certainly made an impact on ours!
My buddy(Boy), Was a nickname we called each other after a few beverages. Thinking clear back in the mid to late 80s I think we lived in three different apartments uptown centerburg together. We deer hunted together for years hung out together and always helped each other when a project came up. My friend you will be dearly missed, from myself and so many others. R.IP. (Boy.)
